Some people find their calling in a classroom. Rohita Mullapudi found hers across fifteen years of asking one question — how does a child really learn? That question has taken her from curriculum design studios to research labs, from yoga mats to mindfulness circles, and ultimately to building something she believes the world needs more of: a space where children and adults can grow from the inside out. A seasoned curriculum designer and creative content developer, Rohita has spent over a decade and a half crafting learning experiences that go far beyond textbooks. Her work spans diverse areas of education — designing creative, competency-based content that meets learners where they are and challenges them to reach further. Her proprietary curriculum framework — Connecting Concepts — is an interdisciplinary methodology that integrates subjects, life skills, and values into cohesive, meaningful learning experiences. Rohita also designs bespoke worksheets and educational content grounded in this approach, serving schools, educators, and parents who believe that how a child learns matters as much as what they learn. Certified in Hatha Yoga, Rohita teaches yoga to children and adults, integrating breath, movement, and mindfulness into her wider wellness offering. As a Certified Mindfulness Instructor, she has designed and delivered mindfulness programmes across age groups, with a particular focus on building emotional resilience and self-awareness in children from an early age. As an Internationally Certified Happiness and Wellness Coach, she draws on positive psychology and yogic principles to help individuals build sustainable wellbeing from the inside out. Rohita Mullapudi doesn’t simply want to build a business. She wants to build a world where children grow up knowing how to be well — and where learning and living are never two separate things.
