It is not therapy or counselling, and Rohita does not diagnose, treat, or manage clinical mental health conditions. If you are experiencing a mental health condition, we encourage you to seek support from a qualified mental health professional alongside any coaching work.

Yes. Rohita offers age-appropriate wellness coaching and happiness sessions for children (8+) and teenagers, with a focus on emotional resilience, self-esteem, managing big feelings, and building healthy habits. All sessions for minors require parental consent and are conducted with full transparency with parents.
